A well known technique used to gain experience is gathering information about the lives of aged people that were successful and knew how to enjoy it. Read autobiographic books and learn from others.

This is one technique that you should try. Like with any other things you need to be patient, but at a certain point you will start asking yourself: “What Mr / Mrs X… would have done in this situation…?”- you will borrow traits from the persons you admire the most. So if you want to attract money, read billionaire biographies; if you want to be at peace with something read spiritual people biographies and so forth.
