And probably that, most of the people do a review of their activity this year.
I know I do…
I think of all things that I have achieved over the past year, what new things I learnt so far, what mistakes have I done and so on…
Meanwhile, I am writing a wish list for the year that follows. I know it is very important to have high goals and to “set your Everest”,so to speak. We all wish the highest paid perfect job, a great house, a nice car, exotic holidays…
It is important to wish all those things and then do something about it in order to get them. You DO NOT have to bother about HOW you will obtain those things!
You should make a list with “Top 10 dreams”. You will also probably ask yourself why you should still write them if you already have them in your mind. That is because when you write you tell your subconscious it’s important! And if it’s important for you, you will visualize those things better!
Moreover, make a Vision Board where you will pin / stick images about what you want: your dream house, your dream car, the perfect health, the perfect relationship and so on… And every morning, when you drink your coffee, look at this Vision Board about your dream life and imagine you live there. It is important to do so daily because your positive thoughts will put you in a positive mood. You will start your day in a positive mood and aware of the fact that you can climb your Everest!
We are what we thought of! We are the result of our thoughts, conscious or unconscious. Nothing is random; all we are is the result of what we thought of! Take advantage by the Magic of Christmas, dream about what you want and make your wish list for Santa!
Dream about big things and you will conquer the Everest.
Merry Christmas to all!
P.S. Santa will visit Fulfilled Dreams, so you can make here your wish list and we will forward it to him! See the below post!
Here you can put your “Top 10 Wishes”, because Santa will visit Fulfilled Dreams this year (he promised…) and make the dreams come true (yours as well maybe?).
We have a tendency to worry lot. It brings no good so stop focusing on worry and shift your thoughts to being happy, healthy and in harmony. The scientists have proven that the mind is playing tricks (I will write an article about it to explain you how). Just be happy - it is in your power to be so, as much as it is to feel down and depressed. It is just another state of mind - so choose the one that makes you feel good instead!
I found this while searching some “pro-happiness” or “worry remedy” on the net.
”Why Worry by Unknown Author
40% will never happen, for anxiety is the result of a tired mind
30% concerns old decisions which cannot be altered
12% centers in criticism, mostly untrue, made by people who feel inferior
10% is related to my health which worsens while I worry,
and only
8% is “legitimate,” showing that life does have real problems which may be met head-on when I have eliminated senseless worries.”
You can find here too, more great quotes on the subject. The great minds have always known that worry does not serve us at all: Worry Quotes
There is the old saying: “Life is a journey” or: “Not the destination is important but enjoying the journey itself”.
We sometimes think of happiness as a goal, as a state of euphoria in a higher dimension and that only a few “chosen ones” can reach it. Perhaps, to this myth contributed a lot the (pseudo-)philosophers, the “mystic” practices and lots of legends. Perhaps as a result of all this media bombardment , our subconscious is fooled into thinking that happiness is hard to achieve.
I would say that happiness is in every place and everything, conditioned on the fact that we can see and feel it. Happiness is when you come home and relax, happiness is when you feel you achieved something, happiness is when you kiss your loved one, happiness is when you eat something good and enjoy it, happiness is when you see something that you like, happiness is… you name it.
The point is that you can be happy and have the right to be happy, so start enjoying yourself now!
Below is a picture of what I call “happiness meal”: it’s simple, it’s carefully prepared, it tastes excellent and… it’s there for you when you need it the most!
