Step 6

Reserve at least 30 minutes, before going to bed, to do a review of the day that passed and to make an action plan for the day that comes. Maybe it will seem like a memory exercise but there’s more than that! There’s an element of control over life. And do not forget, TODAY it is the time to START.

A good day starts early in the morning. All you have to do when you wake up is to imagine a beautiful day, full of accomplishments and all sort of unexpectedly good things will keep coming your way! The reverse is also true. Start negative and you will have a terrible day. So, better be positive and open hearted!
